DESCRIPTION:This is the third (and last) of a series of walks organized by the Sandown Conservation Commission. It will start you to the Old Meeting House in Sandown for a discussion about the rich history of our town. After that\, a walk into the woods off of Fremont Road is the perfect opportunity to take some pictures and enjoy hiking through a beautiful parcel of land. Finally\, it’s off to the Depot to learn about the important role the old Boston & Maine Railroad played in Sandown’s past. You can expect to go home with some good photographs\, new friends\, and stories of being transported back in time!
